An insurance claim at a domestic property caused by fire in the kitchen area. The ground floor to the property was badly damaged, the project involved asbestos removal, strip out, electrical renewal, plastering, tiling, plumbing, joinery, uPVC, new kitchen and decorations. The damage was to every room within the three bedroom detached house and therefore we refurbished the full property. The project included drying water damage, renewing floors & ceilings, plastering throughout, full electrical rewire, new plumbing and new boiler, new kitchen, new bathrooms, tiling and decorating.
Hedon, Hull
An insurance claim at a domestic residence after a TV on standby caught fire. The fire was contained within the lounge but due to smoke damage the full ground and first floor required repair works completing. The project included drying water damage from fire brigade, reinstate burnt flooring, plastering, partial electric rewiring, partial plumbing, custom made windows, new kitchen, new bathroom, tiling and decorating throughout. We are currently in the final stages of completion.
Hull
We undertook a renovation of a three bedroom semi-detached house in Hull containing eight rooms. The ground floor had the floorboards replaced, walls removed and moved, plastering and decorating. New kitchen units and boiler were installed in the kitchen and the electrics rewired throughout. Two new bathroom suites were installed and upstairs bedrooms were plastered and decorated throughout. All works were completed to high quality standards and within the six week scheduled time period.
